Housing

You could describe the facilities as indoor camping. The cabins are not sheetrocked and have only enough electricity for the lights. Altogether, the cabins and the one dormitory can accomodate over forty people. The buildings have indoor plumbing, and, though the water is only as warm as the air outside, there are six showers.

Food

The main foods of Belize are beans and rice, but there are lots of fruits, too. Most native meat comes from chickens, which Mennonnite missionaries brought into the country. There is a large dining hall, and don't worry, it is screened in.
